Chili Garlic Chicken :-This meal is a classic example of Indo-Chinese cuisine, and it is characterized by its intensely spicy and garlic-infused flavor. It is included on the menus of numerous Chinese restaurants all over the world.

Chili Garlic Chicken

 

Ingredients :

  • 300 g Chicken Breast (Cut into small pieces)

  • 4 tablespoon Cornflour (Divided)
  • 2 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Oil (Plus for frying)
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (Chopped)
  • 3-4 Red Chillies (Slit into half)
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 capsicum (Cut into square pieces)
  • 2 tablespoon Spring Onion Greens (Chopped)

 

Instructions :

  • It is recommended that the vinegar, ginger garlic paste, and salt be mixed together in a glass bowl.
  • Put the chicken pieces in the bowl, mix them up completely, and then put them in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • In order to fry the chicken parts, heat the oil in a pan at the appropriate temperature.
  • To ensure that the chicken is completely covered with the dry mixture, add two tablespoons of cornflour and all-purpose flour to the chicken. Stir the chicken until it is completely coated.

 

  • Prepare the chicken pieces by frying them in a deep fryer until they reach a golden brown color, and then set them aside.
  • Put two teaspoons of oil into a pan and heat it together.

Tips :
