Cucumber Dill Salad

Spread the love

Cucumber Dill Salad: Enjoy the crispness of summer with our Cucumber Dill Salad, which is the ideal side dish for your favorite meals thanks to a delightful combination of sweet and sour flavors!

This colorful cucumber-dill salad is easy to make with only a few ingredients, yet it tastes cold and delicious! I adore the crisp flavor and this recipe. It is equally as delicious as my Oven-Roasted Broccoli and Mexican Corn on the Cob as a side dish for warm weather.

NOTES

You can store this fresh cucumber salad in a jar or an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Since this recipe is using fresh ingredients and it is so simple to put together, I do not recommend freezing it.

You can use a mandolin for this. – These cucumbers taste best when marinated for at least 2 hours, however after just 20 minutes they absorb enough of the flavor that they can be served.

TIPS

VARIATIONS

Cucumber Variety: Get creative by using a variety of cucumbers, such as English cucumber, Persian cucumber, and regular cucumber, to introduce diverse textures and flavors. For for more of a mild and sweet flavor, I would recommend using Persian cucumbers.

Freshness Boost: To add a burst of freshness, consider adding diced tomatoes to your cucumber salad.

Creamy Cucumber Salad: Add a creamy twist to your salad by mixing sour cream or plain Greek yogurt into the dressing.
