Broccoli Pasta Recipe

The 8-ingredient quick and easy healthy Broccoli Pasta will amaze you! Fresh broccoli, garlic, and red pepper flakes are sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and smashed into a creamy sauce! 

1 head broccoli 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes salt and pepper 12 ounces pasta 1 cup Parmesan cheese



Boil a large pot of salted water. Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Put cooked broccoli in a bowl. Save ½ cup of broccoli water.

Cook the olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, cooked broccoli, and reserved broccoli water in the skillet for 10 minutes until the broccoli is easily mashed.
