Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe 

There is brown butter and cinnamon in these chewy chocolate chip cookies with butterscotch chips. They have chocolate and butterscotch chips in them.

Ingredient

– 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon Baking soda – ½ teaspoon Baking powder – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon – 1 cup Plus 1 Tablespoon Unsalted butter Browned butter and cooled – 1 cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – ½ cup White granulated sugar – 2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 2 Large eggs room temperature – 1 cup Butterscotch chip – 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chip

Direction

Melt butter in a big pan. Mix with a rubber spatula until milk deposits separate and become amber. Cool the butter in a basin until room temperature.

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium basin. Set aside.Beat melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 2 minutes in a separate bowl on high speed. Mix vanilla and eggs on medium until blended.
