Chicken Ranch Burger Recipe Step by Step Guide

These char-grilled Chicken Ranch Burgers are amazing and flavored like ranch dressing! This 20-minute meal is easy to create and impresses with its ranch flavor and gooey cheddar cheese!

– 1 pound ground chicken – 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix – 1 large egg – ½ cup breadcrumb – 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce – ½ cup cheddar cheese  – 4 hamburger bun – 1 tablespoon olive oil – lettuce leave – tomatoe – pickle – ranch dressing – cheddar cheese slice – bacon – red onion

To get your grill nice and hot, oil the grates and turn the heat up to medium-high.

Stir the ground chicken, ranch seasoning mix, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.

Make 4 patties from the mixture, each about ½-inch thick. Brush olive oil on chicken patties.

Makes burgers less likely to stick to grill grates. Put the patties on the hot grill for 5 minutes without pressing down.

Cook the burgers for 5 more minutes after flipping. Sliced side down, preheat the buns on the grill for 30 seconds 2 minutes before the patties finish cooking.

Prior to putting together the burgers, you need to look at the patties and make sure they are completely cooked.

To monitor the temperature of chicken patties, use an instant-read digital meat thermometer to ensure 165℉ when placed into burgers.

Give your burgers one more minute to cook if they haven't reached 165°F, then check the temperature once again.

Add a few lettuce leaves on the sandwich, then the chicken burger, cheddar, bacon, ranch dressing, tomato, red onion, and pickles.
