Creamy Sausage Mushroom Pasta

Creamy Sausage Mushroom Pasta is comforting. A creamy sauce with Italian sausage and mushrooms over your choice of pasta is a crowd pleaser! 

– 12 ounce pasta  – ¾ pound Italian sausage – 2 tablespoons butter – 3 cloves garlic – 1 pound white mushrooms  – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – ¼ teaspoon red pepper flake – 2 cups whipping cream – 2 tablespoons fresh parsley



Prepare the pasta in accordance with the directions provided on the package.

Simultaneously, cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until it begins to brown and lose its pink colour.

It ought to take at least five to seven minutes. Get the sausage out of the skillet and set it aside.

Melt the butter after adding it to the skillet. When the garlic starts to smell aromatic, add it and cook for about 30 seconds.

Stir in the mushrooms after adding them. After the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms begin to brown, cook them for about 5 minutes.

Cook for approximately seven to ten minutes, or until the sauce decreases in volume and becomes more thick.
