Delicious Blondie Cupcakes Recipe 

These blondies come in bite-sized pieces and are sweet, chewy, and full of toffee and chocolate chips. 


– 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1 & 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar – 2 large egg – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chip – 1/2 cup toffee chip

Warm the oven up to 350°. Spray or butter a 12-cup standard muffin pan very well. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl with a whisk. Put away.

Mix brown sugar and butter until they are light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs and vanilla until everything is well mixed.  

Step 2

Slowly add the flour mixture and mix just until everything is combined. Make sure not to mix too much. Add the toffee and chocolate chips and mix them in. 

Step 3

Pour batter into the pan that has been prepared. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. 

Step 4

For about 10 minutes, let the pan cool on a wire rack. Then take the cupcakes out of the pan and let them cool completely.
