Easy Strawberry Tiramisu Recipe

No-bake Easy Strawberry Tiramisu is a summer Italian dessert. Honey ginger syrup-covered ladyfinger cookies with strawberry jam and whipped mascarpone cream. – GINGER CHAMOMILE SYRUP – 1/2 cup honey – 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced – 4 bags chamomile tea (optional) – TIRAMISU – 4 large egg yolks, cold from the fridge – 16 ounces mascarpone, cold from the fridge – 1/2 cup heavy cream, cold – 1/3 cup honey – 2 tablespoons Aperol (optional) – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger – 24 lady fingers (a 7-ounce package) – 1/2 cup, plus 3 tablespoons strawberry jam – 1 cup sliced fresh strawberrie

Making syrup. Over medium heat, gently boil 1/2 cup water, honey, and ginger. Simmer 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Cover and steep 15 minutes with tea bags. Strain ginger and discard tea.

Mix the egg yolks, mascarpone, 1/4 cup heavy cream, honey, Aperol, vanilla, and ginger in a bowl until lightly beaten. Do not beat longer than 2 minutes.

Beat the remaining 1/4 cup cream until soft peaks form in a separate dish. Mascarpone cream and whipped cream should be gently folded.

Each ladyfinger should be rapidly dipped in ginger syrup. Avoid soaking ladyfingers in syrup, which will make them soggy. Place dipped ladyfingers in a 9x9 inch baking dish in a single layer.

Spread half the mascarpone cream. Put 1/2 cup strawberry jam on cream. Place one layer of sliced strawberries on top.

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in ginger syrup and place them over the berries one by one. Spread cream on top and smooth it out. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.

Before serving, add 2-3 tablespoons jam and cut strawberries. You can crumble freeze-dried raspberries on top. Scoop, slice, enjoy!
