Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Cups Recipe

Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Yoghurt Cups. Easy to create with 6 ingredients and no baking, these snacks are perfect! Protein-packed peanut butter with probiotic-rich Greek yoghurt, vanilla, and honey. Chocolate-covered and flaky sea salt-dusted.

Ingredient 

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter (no added sugar) – 1 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 1/4-1/3 cup honey – 24 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped – 2 tablespoon coconut oil – Flaky sea salt (optional)

Paper-line cupcake moulds. Heat chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. Put 2 teaspoons melted chocolate in each liner. Five-minute freeze.

Combine yoghurt, peanut butter, vanilla, and honey in a bowl. Put 1 spoonful of yoghurt in chocolate shells. Cover yoghurt with remaining melted chocolate. Add flaky sea salt if desired.

Refrigerate 1 hour until hard. Store in the fridge or freezer. Delicious straight from the fridge.
