Ground Beef Pasta (No Tomato Sauce) Recipe

Popular and delicious ground beef pasta dishes (No Tomato Sauce) are substantial and hearty. Many pasta recipes call for tomato sauce, although creamy white, olive oil, and garlic and herb sauces are alternatives.

Ingredient

– 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil – 1 Tablespoon Butter – 1 Cup Onion (Diced) – 2 Tablespoons Garlic (Minced) – 1 Pound Ground Beef (400 -500 g) – 4 Cups Beef Stock See Note – 2 Bay Leave – 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs  – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1/2 teaspoon Pepper – 4 Cups Penne Pasta – 2 Cups Mixed Vegetables Broccolo, Peas, Carrots etc – 2 Tablespoon Parsley

Add olive oil and butter to a large saucepan. Add diced onions and minced garlic to melted butter.

Cook until tender and caramelized. Add beef mince and dry herbs.

Fry beef almost done. Add beef stock and wine (if using)—see liquids.

When simmering, add spaghetti. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Stir the pasta every few minutes until the liquid is practically absorbed. Add vegetables and cook 3 minutes.

Serve spaghetti with parsley, chilli flakes, grated cheese, and cream (optional).
