High Protein Baked Eggs Recipe

Make these high-protein baked eggs in the time it takes to pour cereal for breakfast, but healthier.

INGREDIENT

– 2 egg – 2 tbsp full fat cottage cheese – 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning – 1/8 tsp basil, chili and garlic salt (or use sea salt or garlic salt)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix eggs, cottage cheese, and spices in a small bowl. Grease ramekin with pastry brush. Pour egg mixture into a greased 4" ramekin.

Step 1

About 2 minutes in microwave. You can stir the eggs after one minute for scrambled eggs or leave them alone for a baked egg round.

Step 2

Do not worry—the eggs will settle into the dish after rising high.

Step 3

Eat your eggs right out of the ramekin or make a breakfast sandwich with a homemade grain-free english muffin!
