Italian Pasta Salad

This zesty Italian Pasta Salad will transport your taste buds to Italy! It's a flavorful dish with succulent salami, creamy bocconcini, fresh veggies, and a homemade dressing that will impress at your next party. 

– 1 pound pasta – 1 large green bell pepper  – 1 cup cherry tomatoe – 8 ounce salami  – 8 ounce bocconcini – ½ medium red onion – 8 ounce spicy salami  – 8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese  – ½ cup Kalamata olives  – 2 cloves garlic – 2 tablespoons parsley – 2 tablespoons oregano  – 2 tablespoons basil – ¼ teaspoon red pepper flake – ½ cup olive oil – 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar – 2 tablespoons lemon juice – ½ teaspoon salt  – 1 teaspoon pepper



Cook your pasta as directed and salt the water well. Do not rinse the pasta in a colander.

In a bowl or jar, mix garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Place pasta, green bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, both types of salami, bocconcini, red onion, Monterey Jack cheese, and Kalamata olives in a large bowl.

Pour salad dressing on. Before serving, chill for at least an hour and toss to coat evenly.
