One Pot Hamburger Helper Lasagna

Hamburger Helper in One Pot Lasagna is the ideal weeknight meal! Making lasagna-style Hamburger Helper instead of boxed is healthier and homemade. Best comfort food.  

1 pound ground beef 1 small onion 3 cloves garlic ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 2 cups marinara sauce 8 ounce mafalda pasta 3 cups chicken broth 1 cup mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons parsley



Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink and brown. Remove excess fat if needed.

Draining fat is unnecessary with extra lean ground beef. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to skillet and stir.

Cook the onion for 3 minutes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until soft and translucent.

Stir everything together after adding the pasta, chicken broth, and marinara sauce. After bringing to a boil, reduce the heat.

Simmer for approximately 15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and most of the sauce has been absorbed.

Once the cheese has melted, stir it in and cook for an additional 30 to 1 minute. Add parsley as a garnish and serve.
