Orecchiette With Sausage And Broccoli

This hearty, flavorful and filling Italian classic Orecchiette with Sausage and Broccoli is delicious! Delicious Italian sausage, fresh broccoli, lots of garlic and a pinch of chilli flakes sautéed and tossed with perfectly cooked 'little ears' pasta.  

1 pound broccoli florets 12 ounces orecchiette pasta 2 tablespoons butter 1 pound Italian sausage 3 cloves garlic salt and pepper ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 cup Parmesan cheese 



Boil a large pot of salted water. Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Place broccoli in a large bowl.
