Reese's Peanut Butter Chip Cookies Recipe

These peanut butter chip cookies from Reese's are thick and chewy. It is filled with chocolate chips and peanut butter cup pieces that have been chopped up.

Ingredient

– 2 ¼ cup All-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon Baking soda – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 cup Unsalted butter room temperature – 1 ¼ cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – ¾ cup White granulated sugar – 1 cup Peanut butter creamy – 2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 2 Large eggs room temperature – 1 cup Mini chocolate chip – 1 cup Mini Reese's peanut butter cups chopped

Direction

Sift flour, baking soda, and salt in a basin. Set aside.Mix the butter, brown sugar, and sugar on high for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla. Combine. Add eggs and mix on high for 1 minute.

Scrape bowl to mix.Mix dry ingredients on low until mixed. Include small chocolate chips and chopped mini Reese's. Divided each Reese's in thirds. Cover and chill for 2 ½ hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare two big cookie sheets with parchment. Use a 3 oz cookie scoop (large ice cream scoop) to scoop dough. Put 6 cookies per sheet. Store the remaining dough in the fridge until the next batch.

Bake 14-16 minutes. Lightly golden brown cookies. Top cookies with small peanut butter cups and chocolate chips. Wait 5 minutes before cooling on a rack.
