Cooking spray a bundt cake pan and leave aside. Start with the peach layer, following package instructions, which may vary per brand.

 You usually merely mix the packet mixture with cold water. Pour it into the bundt pan layer and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set the jelly.

Dissolve 4 packets of plain gelatin in 1 cup of cold water in a bowl. Mix sweetened condensed milk in a medium basin. Add 2 cups hot water and stir by hand until mixed.

Whisk dissolved gelatin into condensed milk until blended. Let the mixture cool on the counter without settling if it's too warm.

After the mixture cools, pour it over the peach layer. Put in the fridge for 40 minutes to solidify the creamy milk layer.
